We are conveniently located at Marina do Freixo, just a 15-minute drive from Porto's city center. Please arrive at the pier at least 10 minutes before your tour begins. The marina also features a bar and restaurant, perfect for enjoying a meal or refreshing drink before or after your journey.

The cancellation of the group tours booked directly on our website can be made up to 48 hours before the cruise date with a full refund of the amount paid. If the tour cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the start of the cruise, the amount paid will not be refunded.
For the private tours, the cancellation of the tour reservation by the client can be made up to 7 days before the cruise date with a full refund of the amount paid. After this period, no refund will be issued.
For groups of 10 or more people, cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the cruise date to receive a full refund. If the cancellation occurs up to 15 days before the cruise date, 50% of the total amount will be refunded; after this period, no refund will be issued.
