We are conveniently located at Marina do Freixo, just a 10-minute drive from Porto's city center. Please arrive at the meeting point (between the two gates to the pier) at least 10 minutes before your tour begins. Guests who arrive late or wait outside the designated meeting area may be considered no-shows.
If you think you may be delayed, please call or send us a message at +351 936 200 823 as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any delays, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

Group Tours: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.
Private Tours (less than 1 day): A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 10 days before the tour. Free cancellation is available up to 10 days before departure; cancellations within 10 days are non-refundable.
Private Tours (more than 1 day): A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 30 days before the tour. Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before departure; cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.
Large Private Charters with Rabelo: A 50% deposit is required, with the balance due 15 days before the event. Cancellations more than 30 days before the event receive a full refund; cancellations 15–30 days before the event receive a 50% refund; cancellations within 15 days are non-refundable.
